At Mixed Bag, we offer support for a wide range of mental health and well-being concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

We work with issues such as childhood neglect and abuse, c-PTSD, self-esteem, relationships, addictions and major life transitions.

We also provide specialised support for children, adolescents, and young people, including support for those engaging self-harm, suicidal thoughts and/or behaviours.

Our services are neurodivergent-friendly and a safe, welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whether you’re managing a mental health condition, navigating impulsive behaviours, facing school or work challenges, or simply seeking greater self-awareness and personal growth, we are here to help.

Counselling sessions are available in-person, via telehealth, or through online options — whatever feels safest for you. We offer concession rates and funded counselling options to help reduce financial barriers. After-hours and weekend appointments are available — just reach out to discuss tailored support to meet your needs.
